Mentoring Program : OVERVIEW

Our contractors represent us, so we believe it is imperative to act as mentors for them, enabling them to progress with their professional development in a supportive environment. Our knowledge based on our experience has worked effectively for us, and we have found it to be a good foundation for others to start with to build on. We also provide seminars to organisations, with information based on our mentor program. Over the past 15 years, many people have asked us how we became successful in the Information Technology industry, and they seek guidance in entering the industry themselves. It can be confusing to decide which path to take as there are so many different opportunities and career paths to choose from. We meet with interested people to discuss their options and help them develop an action plan and we are always available to assist them when required. Cirrus Systems Director Justin Chandler is an active member of The Queensland University of Technology Mentor program and has assisted many people with getting their IT careers off the ground.
