Training Service : OVERVIEW

Our goal is to impart knowledge and practical application to clients based on their needs using personalised learning methodologies. We provide training for large organisations and small businesses, customising our training to suit each client. We have delivered training to large government organisations and small businesses where individual training is required. Our initial consultation identifies training needs and timeframes. We deliver a proposal of training to be provided and resource material to be developed by Cirrus Systems. Cirrus Systems can provide a trainer, or we can provide the training manuals to be used by your training providers. We can help you develop your training plan based on a training needs analysis, develop Train the Trainer packages and deliver workshop or online training packages. We offer training on most software packages and information technology equipment, and also provide courses we have developed: Customer Service initiatives Communication Skills Managing Client Expectations Dealing with Difficult Customers We have also written "The Contractor Survival Guide" which is a practical guide for people who are thinking of becoming IT contractors or those who are already contractors. We offer seminars based on the material in our book.
